Clamp
ISO-K connecting elements
A clamp is used to securely connect flange joints in vacuum lines. It consists of two segments equipped with a clamping mechanism. Tightening the screw ensures an even pressure distribution to prevent leaks and ensure tightness.

Description: ISO-K is a flange system similar to ISO-KF, but designed for larger diameters. The connections are sealed with clamps and elastomer/metal gaskets.
Sizes: ISO-K components are available in larger nominal diameters than ISO-KF, typically starting from DN63 and larger.
Vacuum Range: ISO-K can also be used for rough and fine vacuum applications but is robust enough for applications up to high vacuum levels (10⁻⁸ mbar).
Usage: ISO-K is often used in larger vacuum apparatuses where more stable and larger connections are required.
Steel 1.0037, also known as S235JR or ST37-2, is an unalloyed structural steel with low carbon content, primarily used in construction and mechanical engineering. It is characterized by good weldability, formability, and strength, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as load-bearing structures, pipelines, and components with low mechanical requirements. 1.0037 is a widely used steel grade due to its cost-effective production and broad availability.
Stainless Steel 1.4301, also known as V2A steel or AISI 304, is a widely used stainless steel grade with excellent corrosion resistance properties. It is resistant to moisture, humidity, and mild chemical environments such as water and diluted acids. Additionally, it offers good weldability, high strength, and broad applicability across various industries, including food processing, chemical industry, and construction.
