01.0 Mini-UHV-Schieber

The 01.0 Mini-UHV gate valve series utilizes VAT’s patented MONOVAT technology, which ensures a friction-free and reliable sealing mechanism. This technology vulcanizes the seal to the gate, minimizing particle release and outgassing while reducing mechanical shocks through the “Soft-Close” mechanism.

The gate valves are lubricant-free, contain no valve mechanics in the vacuum, and are bakeable up to 250°C, thereby preventing process contamination. Thanks to their modular design and adaptability, the series offers numerous upgrade options and has proven to be highly reliable in many demanding applications.

The 01.0 series is the standard for UHV isolation in sizes ranging from DN 16 to 50 mm.
