The INFICON Pirani-Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge (PCG55x) combines INFICON’s patented Pirani technology with the benefits of a ceramic capacitance diaphragm sensor in a single product.

Within the measurement range from 10 mbar to atmospheric pressure, the capacitance diaphragm technology provides gas-type independent, highly precise values for reliable pressure measurements. Additionally, the PCG55x offers a variety of features that allow for the optimal product configuration to suit the desired application.
