The INFICON Edge™ capacitive diaphragm vacuum gauge provides high-precision vacuum measurements in harsh manufacturing environments. The proven, temperature-controlled, corrosion-resistant, ultra-pure ceramic sensor offers excellent measurement range stability over many years, along with state-of-the-art zero-point stability. The Edge gauge comes equipped with INFICON’s patented sensor shielding, which protects the device from unwanted process byproducts.
The advanced electronics enable signal conditioning configurable across a wide range for various applications, with an optional EtherCAT™ fieldbus interface. The innovative heating concept allows for safe contact with the exterior surface, saving valuable tool space. INFICON Edge is the smallest vacuum gauge of its kind.
