The INFICON Gemini® inverted magnetron vacuum gauge is a versatile instrument for vacuum applications. The Gemini MPG50x combines two sensor systems to measure from atmosphere down to 1×10⁻⁹ mbar, while the Gemini™ MAG50x, as a pure cold cathode gauge, covers the range from 1×10⁻² mbar to 1×10⁻⁹ mbar.

A patented design reduces magnetic stray fields, and a replaceable dual-chamber sensor minimizes maintenance requirements. Both variants, MAG and MPG, feature integrated digital electronics for flexible system integration and are available with EtherCAT fieldbus and setpoints as the MAG55x and MPG55x.

For corrosive applications, a ceramic-coated version is available, offering enhanced corrosion resistance.
