Overview ISO-CF | ISO/TS 3669-2
Description: ISO-CF, also known as ConFlat flange, uses metal-to-metal seals that provide an extremely tight connection. Sealing is achieved either through the deformation of a copper sealing ring or the use of an elastomeric seal.

Sizes: ISO-CF components are available in various nominal diameters to meet the specific requirements of different applications.

Vacuum Range: ISO-CF is suitable for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications and can achieve vacuum levels up to 10⁻¹² mbar.

Usage: CF flanges are ideal for UHV applications requiring extremely high sealing performance, such as in research and applications with sensitive vacuum requirements.
