The INFICON Bayard-Alpert Pirani combination gauge BPG402-S offers two measurement technologies in a single compact unit, measuring from 5×10⁻¹⁰ mbar to atmospheric pressure (3.8×10⁻¹⁰ Torr to atmospheric pressure).

By combining different technologies, the BPG402-S simplifies installation, setup, and integration. Equipped with dual yttria-coated iridium filaments, it provides affordable, repeatable measurements across the process to base pressure range in a cost-effective package.

Sensor elements with onboard calibration data ensure high reproducibility when replacing sensors.
