The INFICON Bayard-Alpert Pirani combination gauge BPG400 offers two measurement technologies in a single compact unit, measuring from 5×10⁻¹⁰ mbar (3.8×10⁻¹⁰ Torr) to atmospheric pressure. By combining different technologies, the BPG400 simplifies installation, setup, and integration.

The BPG400 provides affordable, repeatable measurements across the process to base pressure range in a cost-effective package.
