We usually deliver within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to product availability. Express shipping is also available upon request.

Unfortunately, we do not sell products to private individuals. Before placing an order, we require proof that you represent a company or university.

Unfortunately, material certificates cannot be requested retroactively for already placed orders. Please specify in advance if a material certificate is required. We charge 20 € for the creation of each certificate.

New customers are automatically required to prepay on their first order for our security. For subsequent orders, we are happy to adjust this according to mutually agreed terms.

We kindly request that you fill out a contamination declaration in advance (see Downloads). Items that have come into contact with radioactive or otherwise hazardous chemicals will not be accepted by us for safety reasons. If an item is delivered without a contamination declaration and prior consultation with us, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or return the item at your expense.

We charge a 20 % restocking fee based on the value of the goods for return. We only accept items in their original packaging. Custom-made products, valves, and measuring instruments are excluded from returns.

Personal pickup is only possible in exceptional cases by prior arrangement. Pickups by transport companies authorized by you are not possible.

We offer worldwide shipping in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In some cases, an end-user declaration may be required. Goods listed as dual-use are shipped only to countries with the appropriate clearance.
