Testing Procedures

Helium Leak Testing

During the leak testing process in (high) vacuum technology, a test 
gas is used to detect leaks in a wide range of test specimens. Leak testing is one of the non-destructive testing methods and is widely used in industrial manufacturing and quality control.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing

Hydrostatic pressure testing is a method where the pressure in pipelines is measured to verify their integrity. Water is pumped into the pipes under controlled conditions, and the pressure is carefully monitored. Any leaks or weaknesses in the pipes can be identified by a drop in pressure. This non-destructive leak testing is crucial to ensure that pipelines meet the required standards and do not have any leaks that could lead to losses of the conveyed medium or damage.
